This is a part-time (1 day per week) position with a flexible schedule serving students with physical needs in one building grades K-8.

• Collaborate and communicate with other members of the student’s educational team including family.
• Participate in team meetings relevant to supporting the student with identified special needs within the school or community environment.
• Collaborate with the educational team to develop educationally relevant, measurable, and observable goals and objectives.
• Plan and implement physical therapy intervention programs that meet the specific goals and objectives as stated in the IEP.
• Provide training to members of the student’s educational team for implementation and/or carryover of student programs.
• Plan and implement accommodations as outlined in the IEP or 504 plan.

• Participate in in-service training and workshops.
• Participate in meetings and activities associated with the participation of students in the general education program.
