Vetted Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in rehab and LTAC hospital settings. The role involves documenting progress, educating patients and staff, coordinating with medical teams, managing equipment, and vendor interactions.

The position requires a PT degree, GA license or eligibility, and Basic Life Support certification, with a preference for 1 year of rehab or acute care experience. This would be an on-site hospital role based in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Doctoral Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in rehab, SNF, LTACH, or acute care setting preferred.
• Valid BLS certification; GA PT license or eligibility.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and discharge evaluations, develop treatment plans, set goals, and document progress.
• Provide timely, effective therapy to meet functional goals.
• Identify educational needs and offer PRN therapy as needed.
• Participate as a collaborative member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as a clinical instructor or mentor for interns.
• Engage in hospital and discipline-specific skills assessments.
