Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a Physical Therapist for part-time or PRN schedules. Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver PT services at our SNF in a compassionate team environment.

Candidates must hold a current Colorado PT license and be a graduate of an accredited PT program (APTA & CAPTE). Prior post-acute or long-term care experience is preferred; background checks will be conducted. Competitive pay with benefits, 401k, PTO and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care environment preferred
• Background checks (criminal and CAPS) will be required

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapist License
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE
• Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment (preferred)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.

Rate Range : $45 - $52/ hour
