Elevate Performance Physical Therapy in Rapid City, SD is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to design individualized treatment plans, perform thorough assessments, and guide patients back to function in an outpatient setting.

You’ll deliver expert manual therapy, use cutting-edge modalities such as Shockwave, Neuralign, biofeedback and blood flow restriction, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based interventions.
• Excellent communication skills and genuine empathy—you build trust quickly.
• Comfort with EMR systems and a commitment to compassionate, patient-first care.
