Job summary

Westhavennh seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative setting. The role focuses on meeting patient goals, creating individualized treatment plans, and promoting active, wellness-oriented outcomes through evidence-based practices.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, ongoing learning, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed physical therapist.
• Ability to handle patients with diverse personalities.
• Strong knowledge of current PT treatment practices.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
