Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform comprehensive evaluations of functional mobility and deliver goal-oriented therapy to help patients achieve independence. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, Nevada State licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist, and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities include assessing movement components, planning interventions, and delivering patient-centered care across adult populations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying APTA requirements.
• Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist (see note). Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge and skills to provide care to the age groups served on the unit/department.

Job Description

Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of independence.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.

License/Certification

Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist (see note below). Current BLS certification.

Other

Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Note

May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognization of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with on-site direct supervision.
