As a Physical Therapist you will Evaluate and Treat patients with temporary and/or long-term physical disabilities. You will create personalized patient care plans that encompass pain relief, restore function, and promote healing. You will be responsible for maintaining and adhering to all local and federal compliance requirements. Job Type:Part-Time (16-24 hour/week)

Pay:$40.00 - $50.00/hr based on experience

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented.
• Experience with pediatric patients
• At least two years of clinical experience, preferred

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado.
• A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
• A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position.

PHYSICAL DEMAND CAPACITY:
