Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy in Windsor, CO is seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist with management experience. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized care plans, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by relevant accrediting bodies.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
• Three+ years of clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with temporary and/or long-term physical disabilities.
• Create personalized patient care plans that encompass pain relief, restore function, and promote healing.
• Maintain compliance with local and federal requirements.
• Provide direct supervision and communication with PT assistants and management staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team Oriented
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
• Three+ years of clinical experience preferred but not required
• Three years management experience preferred but not required
• A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position
• A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position

PHYSICAL DEMAND CAPACITY:

• Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from
