Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Grosse Pointe Woods clinic. As a key team member, you will deliver high-quality care, ensuring patient recovery and well-being.

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluations
• Provide direct care following established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
• Oversee care provided by assistants and technicians
• Create a written plan of care with goals based on evaluations and develop a comprehensive program to achieve them
• Implement physical therapy treatments and procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Current Michigan license, CPR certification
• Outgoing, energetic personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for evidence-based manual therapy interventions
• Eager to grow professionally within our organization
