Shift: Full-time

Rate: $45-$50/hour

• $3,000 bonus paid: $1,500 after 90 days & $1,500 paid after120 days - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!
• Proficient in Nethealth and Point Click Care a plus!
