Job summary

The Staff Physical Therapist at Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital (UCVH), an affiliate of North Country Healthcare, provides evaluation and treatment for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex-medical conditions to restore strength, range of motion, and function.

Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited program and hold a current NH physical therapy license, preferably with a Master’s degree. All new hires attend a three-day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program.
• Current NH Physical Therapy license (or eligible to obtain).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $42.29/hr - $52.87/hr - $57.10/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Job Summary:

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex-medical, and other diagnoses that affect a person’s strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function. The Staff Physical Therapist will utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function possible.

Essential Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program and hold minimally a Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy practice license granted from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.
