Job summary

North Country Home Health & Hospice Agency (NCHHHA) in Littleton, NH seeks a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex-medical conditions. The role is based in Littleton, NH with travel to surrounding areas; an hourly range of $42.29–$57.10/hr applies, with compensation based on experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an APTA-accredited program and hold a current NH Physical Therapy license.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist must be current and valid in New Hampshire.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $10,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary:

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with orthopedic, neurological, complex-medical, and other diagnoses that affect a person’s strength, range of motion, endurance, and overall function. The Staff Physical Therapist will utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function possible.

The position is based out of Littleton, NH with travel to surrounding areas as well.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $42.29/hr - $52.87/hr - $57.10/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program and hold minimally a Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy practice license granted from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.
