Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide in-person services for charter school students during the current school year.

Virginia licensure and school certification are required, with willingness to obtain necessary clearances and professional liability insurance. Responsibilities include evaluating students, delivering PT interventions to support academic goals, preparing reports, and developing IEPs/504 Plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• School certification in Virginia.
• Possession of or willingness to obtain up-to-date background clearances.
• Proof of professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to determine eligibility and need for PT services.
• Provide PT interventions to support students' educational performance.
• Prepare evaluation reports and participate in IEP/504 Plan development.
• Attend school team or IEP meetings as needed.
