Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed or eligible physical therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team. You will work one-on-one with patients in a collaborative setting alongside orthopedic surgeons and staff to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Competitive salary ($80,000–$100,000), sign-on incentives, relocation assistance, and a robust mentorship program accompany a comprehensive benefits package. Colorado pay range applies.

Competitive Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
