Panorama Physical Therapy, in partnership with Upstream Rehab, is seeking a licensed physical therapist in Colorado to join an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team providing one-on-one care with surgeons.

The role offers a generous salary, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment, mentorship, CE benefits, and a comprehensive benefits package with PTO and 401k. Growth opportunities include residencies and teaching.

• Current or pending Colorado PT license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000
