Job summary

Panorama Physical Therapy in partnership with Upstream Rehab is seeking a licensed or-eligible physical therapist in Colorado. The role emphasizes one-on-one, patient-centered care within a team atmosphere and close collaboration with our orthopedic surgeons.

We offer a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, a student loan repayment program, a one-year mentorship, CE benefits, and flexible schedules. Starting at 30 hours/week with PTO and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Current or pending Colorado PT license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, patient-centered physical therapy care.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and care teams.
• Opportunities to become a clinical instructor or mentor; participate in residencies.

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000
