Panorama Physical Therapy, in partnership with Upstream Rehab, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join a team focused on outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine, delivering one-on-one patient care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with orthopedic surgeons, mentorship, and ongoing learning through a formal program and CE benefits. This full-time position offers a salary range of $30–$35 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license or ability to obtain license
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and teams.
• Engage in mentorship and teaching activities.
• Participate in clinic shadowing and surgery observation.

Hourly Rate: $30-35

This annual salary ranges within the specified amounts depending on experience, credentials, certifications, and other qualifications. Full-time positions may also have the opportunity to participate in bonus programs or other incentive plans.
