Qualifications

We Are Hiring:

Physical Therapist - Outpatient Therapy Clinics - Pool/As Needed

Schedule Details

Clinics open from 7am-7pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 5:30pm Friday. Must be available a minimum of 4 shifts per month; hours and days are variable on a PRN basis. The role does not require weekends or holidays. It is solely outpatient therapy services at any of our clinic locations around Waukesha County, including outpatient services at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital in the Outpatient Corporate Center.

About Us:

The outpatient therapy department operates thirteen clinic locations serving all of Waukesha County. These locations complete over 13,000 outpatient visits monthly. Our clinical staff provide care for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, and medical diagnoses. The department includes over 108 therapists providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We also offer pediatric and cancer rehab as specialty services.

What You Will Do:

• Evaluate individuals referred for physical therapy services.
• Establish a diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment.
• Re-assess ongoing treatment effects.
• Collaborate with and consult others in care delivery.
• Supervise physical therapist assistants and aides.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Current WI Physical Therapist licensure.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
