Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is seeking a Physical Therapist for Outpatient Rehabilitation at West Valley Hospital in Dallas, Oregon. The role features a full-time schedule with four 10-hour shifts and a Monday-Friday window, delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

Location: West Valley Hospital, 1050 SE Uglow Avenue, Dallas, Oregon 97338
Department: Outpatient Rehabilitation
Position Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Exempt
Schedule: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday - Friday

What you'll do

Required qualifications

  • BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist or license eligible in the State of Oregon.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.

Additional information

  • Clinical experience in similar practice setting is strongly preferred.
  • Three or more years of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
  • Broad clinical background with diverse patient populations strongly preferred.
  • Be a team player and have proven success applying team approach to obtain resolution to an issue.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills for working with the rehabilitation team and patients.
  • Demonstrated competency by implementing age, culturally sensitive, and developmentally appropriate treatment plans and by appropriate documentation.
