Job Summary:

Provides physical therapy examination and evaluation to determine prognosis, provide intervention, and update plan of care. Assists with clinical and operational issues to improve processes and utilization of rehab services.

Responsibilities:

• Consults with medical and allied health professionals to ensure quality patient care and effective operations.
• Performs comprehensive evaluations and interventions, adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Utilizes PTAs, aides, and support staff effectively.
• Communicates with patients and families, providing education tailored to their needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• Current licensure in New Jersey.
• CPR certification.
• For home care roles, valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.

Compensation:
