Job summary

CentraCare Health in Melrose, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist to organize and conduct medically prescribed therapy programs aimed at restoring function and preventing disability after disease, injury, or loss of a body part. You will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer treatments in our outpatient setting with occasional inpatient and LTC coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in MN or eligible for temporary permit; license required within 90 days from date of exam.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability after disease, injury, or loss of a body part.
• Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatments and modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Work in outpatient setting with occasional inpatient and/or long-term care coverage as needed.
