Job summary

CentraCare in Willmar, MN is seeking a Physical Therapist to enhance the quality of life for patients from adolescents to the elderly. You will evaluate, plan and deliver therapy to prevent, assess and treat physical disabilities and pain.

This full-time role offers 80 hours every two weeks with day shifts, Monday-Friday, plus occasional weekend rotation. Starting pay is $96,276.96 per year with a range up to $128,377.60, plus hiring and relocation bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or temporary permit required; license due within 90 days from date of exam.

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for patients of all ages, from adolescents to the elderly. You will be preventing, assessing, and treating a variety of physical disabilities, dysfunctions, and pain. Key responsibilities include thoroughly evaluating patient needs, creating tailored treatment plans, and delivering effective therapeutic services to promote healing and improve physical function.

SCHEDULE:

• Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
• Day shift | 8-hour shifts | Monday-Friday
• Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Fridays 7:30am-4pm
• Weekend rotation : Saturday shift 2-4 times per year

PAY & BENEFITS:

• Starting pay begins at $96,276.96 per year and increases with experience
• Salary range: $85,571.2 - $128,377.60 per year
  • Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

QUALFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit required. License required within 90 days from date of exam.

Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Full-time or Part-time status may impact bonus amount.
