Start Date: 5/19/2025 | Available Shifts: 8 AM - 5:30 PM | Pay Rate: $2018.35 ‐ $2211.60

Active CT licensed Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week contract. Recent outpatient experience required; no new grads. Responsibilities include evaluations and treatments of a variety of adult patients. Shifts are M, W, F (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) and T, TH (10:00 AM - 6:30 PM).

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Outpatient
• Verification of the last 7 years or 3 REFs / EMPVs total, with at least one from each of the last 3 employers (no exceptions).
