Job Description

We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at ProActive Rehabilitation & Wellness. Our outpatient private practice located in Augusta, GA, treats the adult population with specialties in Orthopedics, Sports/Injury, Neuro Rehabilitation, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Post-Surgical Rehab, and Chronic MSK Pain.

As a PT, your responsibilities include evaluating patients to determine their level of function, establishing and administering rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.

We have immediate openings for PRN, part-time, or full-time positions.
