Job summary

HealthPartners seeks a Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care to adolescents, adults and seniors; pediatric care is required for some specialties. A variety of PT techniques will be used to restore function and relieve pain.

The position is casual with a variable schedule (6:45 am–7:30 pm, Mon–Fri) and weekend rotation; minimum 12 hours per month (144 hours per year). Licensure in MN and PT degree are required.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care for some specialties.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

Required Qualifications

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
  • Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
  • Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting.
  • Recommend membership in related professional organization.
  • Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.
  • Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise.
  • Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
