Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will provide direct patient care across adolescent to geriatric populations, employing diverse PT techniques to restore function and reduce pain.

This role supports patients and their families within our care continuum. The schedule is 1.0 FTE with 4‑10s shifts and occasional Saturdays, aligned with our mission to deliver high quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Utilize varied physical therapy techniques to restore function and independence.
• Perform duties as assigned within the rehabilitation team.

Position Summary:

Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

1.00 FTE, 4 10s, occasional Saturdays

Required Qualifications:

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

  • Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy

• Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

  • Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting.

  • Recommend membership in related professional organization.
  • Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.
  • Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise.
  • Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
