Select Physical Therapy’s South Windsor clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. The role involves evaluating and treating a diverse patient population, with a focus on returning athletes to sport and improving overall function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

The Select PT South Windsor office is a stand‑alone clinic that sees a diverse patient population from middle school/high school athletes focused on returning to sport to a more mature patient who is focusing on improving overall function, balance and reducing fall risk. Currently 2 full time physical therapists support this dynamic clinic, but we are looking to add a motivated clinician to the team.
