Select Physical Therapy in West Hartford, CT is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist. The role entails evaluating, treating, and documenting patient care with a focus on returning patients to athletics, work, life, and daily activities.

The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with PRN and part-time options. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and student debt repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist degree from an accredited school.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and document patient care per center protocol.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Attend and participate in center meetings and participate in care coordination.
