Select Physical Therapy in South Windsor, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services. The role offers a salary of $85k to $100k depending on experience and a Monday–Friday schedule.

This stand-alone clinic serves youth athletes through adults focused on returning to sport and improving function. We provide mentorship, a robust CEU program with paid national certifications, student debt repayment, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

The Select PT Windsor office is a stand-alone clinic that sees a diverse patient population from middle school/high school athletes focused on returning to sport to a more mature patient who is focusing on improving overall function, balance and reducing fall risk. Currently 2 full time physical therapists support this dynamic clinic, but we are looking to add a motivated clinician to the team.
