Select Physical Therapy in Cheshire, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join our team. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with PRN and part-time options; you will evaluate, treat, and document patient care while collaborating with the center team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
