Select Physical Therapy in New Haven, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care Monday through Friday. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress, tailoring plans to help patients return to athletics, work, and daily life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with patients, families, colleagues and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Ensure compliance with state/local/federal regulations and required trainings.

• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
