Job Summary

Position: Physical Therapist, Outpatient Clinic

Location: Spaulding Rehabilitation - East Greenwich, Rhode Island

Address: 1352 South Co. Trail, Building 2, East Greenwich, RI 02818

Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, limitations, or disabilities due to injury, disease, or other causes. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, supervise support staff, and manage resources effectively.

• Assess and evaluate therapy needs according to guidelines.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Complete documentation timely and according to guidelines.
• Mentor and orient therapy and health care students.
• Identify and act on performance improvement opportunities.
• Participate in department and organizational activities.
• Uphold organizational values of Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Licensure: Licensed and in good standing as a physical therapist in Rhode Island.
