Job summary

Munger Physical Therapy PLC, a family-owned outpatient orthopedic practice in Fort Gratiot, Michigan, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide hands-on, evidence-based care in a 1:1 setting and educate patients on recovery and home exercise programs.

We value mentorship for new grads, competitive pay, and a collaborative culture focused on outcomes and patient experience. Licensed in Michigan or eligible is required.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient orthopedic treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based care.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with PTAs and therapists to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support an outstanding patient experience from first visit through discharge.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)

Preferred

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Manual therapy experience
• Interest or certification in McKenzie (MDT), Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, or other specialty areas
• New graduates welcome - structured mentorship provided
