Physical Therapy Advantage in North Aurora, IL is seeking a part-time Staff Physical Therapist to provide targeted orthopedic care. The role offers 10–15 hours weekly across 2–3 shifts, with growth up to 24 hours per week and a schedule to be set during hiring.

ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.

Joe King, PT – Owner, Mentor, Educator
Joe founded Physical Therapy Advantage in 2007 after six years at Naperville Physical Therapy under the mentorship of Mary Rachford and Gary Rachford. He became the sole owner in 2011 and has continued to grow the clinic into a trusted provider of evidence-based, results-driven therapy.
A passionate educator, Joe has served as an adjunct professor at Midwestern University and frequently lectures at North Central College, Aurora University, Waubonsee Community College, and Northern Illinois University. He also supports the development of future PTs through clinical rotations for PTA and PT students.
Outside of the clinic, Joe enjoys family time, travel, and outdoor activities like hiking, boating, and hunting.
