Employer: Feltz Therapy Services

Locations:

1. Nashville Clinic 388 Harding Place, Suite A, Nashville, TN 37211 (3 days per week)
2. Goodlettsville Clinic 907 Rivergate Parkway, Suite B-1, Goodlettsville, TN 37072 (2 days per week)

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (minimum of 6 hours per week)

Compensation: $61,000 - $85,000 per year (with incentives for additional earnings)

Bonus: Sign-on bonus available!

Work-Life Balance: No weekends or major holidays

About the Opportunity

Feltz Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our expanding pediatric therapy team, serving both Nashville and Goodlettsville, TN. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic outpatient pediatric setting, with opportunities for home care visits.

This position is ideal for both experienced pediatric therapists and new graduates looking to grow in a mentorship-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, strength, and independence
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including occupational, speech, and behavioral therapists
• Maintain open communication with families, caregivers, and referring providers
• Full-time therapists: Expect to schedule 32-35 patient visits per week, with an average of 25 treated patients
