Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) will provide services across the lifespan, including diagnostic evaluations, individual, and family therapy via telehealth and in-clinic settings. The therapist is responsible for independent decision-making regarding patient care.

This is a fully remote role with flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm CST.

What You Will Do:

1. Promote the principles of Fast Pace: Communication, Teamwork, Empowerment, Quality of Care, and Friendliness.
2. Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues.
3. Deliver patient-centered care across various settings.
4. Assess mental and physical health based on presenting symptoms.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
6. Assist in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and mental health conditions.
7. Provide therapy to individuals and families with chronic mental health issues.
8. Document social and psychiatric histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes.
9. Refer patients to appropriate practitioners for medication management if needed.
10. Educate patients and families on mental health, medication, and treatment plans.
11. Provide crisis management as necessary.
12. Complete mandatory compliance training.
13. Maintain positive relations with colleagues and patients.
14. Adhere to company standards and core values.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a mental health setting.
• Permanent license required if LPC, with all supervision requirements completed.
• At least 1 year of counseling/therapy experience in a mental health setting.
• Preferred: Licenses in at least two states from Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Indiana.

Education: Master's Degree; License: LPC-MHSP or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
