Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient/In Home Hybrid
Location: 559 Centre View Blvd Crestview Hills, KY 41017
Type of Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary between 7am-6pm)
Compensation: Starting at $70,000/Yr, commensurate with experience

This is a hybrid role based out of our Crestview Hills clinic. Seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who is open to both in-clinic work and seeing patients through our growing in-home physical therapy program.
