Position: Physical Therapist -Outpatient/In Home Hybrid

Location: 559 Centre View Blvd Crestview Hills, KY 41017

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary between 7am-6pm)

Compensation: Starting at $70,000/Yr pending experience

Incentives: $10K Sign-on Bonus, Student Debt Benefit

**This is a hybrid role based out of our Crestview Hills clinic. Seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who is open to both in-clinic work and seeing patients through our growing in-home physical therapy program**

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
