Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 patient care for neuro and orthopedic patients. You will work with a collaborative team including a Senior PT with extensive neurological experience to mentor and guide your development.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, growth opportunities, and ongoing CEU and certification support. The team supports a servant-leader approach to improve patient outcomes and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a focus on neuro and orthopedic rehab.
• Treat Stroke, TBI, Parkinson's, Vestibular, Spine and related conditions in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a senior PT and mentor less experienced therapists.

Job description

• Openings on both the dedicated Neuro Rehab team and Orthopedic team
• 1:1 patient care 6-10 patients per day - no double booking

• Neuro Rehab position seeing Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury patients (TBI) as well as Parkinson's, Vestibular, Spine and more

Full-time permanent Outpatient position seeing both Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury patients (TBI) as well as general orthopedics. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Neurological experience in both Outpatient and Inpatient Rehab. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care.
