Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time Outpatient Neuro Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 patient care and contribute to a patient-centered care model. A senior PT with extensive outpatient experience will mentor the new hire, supporting a career-focused path rather than a transient role.

The ideal candidate will possess a servant-leader mindset, be coachable, and eager to grow, with excellent communication and collaborative skills to work across teams and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Candidate should demonstrate servant leadership and willingness to grow.
• Strong communication skills across all levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 outpatient neuro care with patients.
• Participate in a mentorship and training program for new hires.
• Contribute to evidence-based care and patient outcomes.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Outpatient Neuro position. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Outpatient experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care.
