Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time outpatient neuro Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with stroke and traumatic brain injury. You will work 1:1 with patients, benefiting from a 60-day mentorship with a senior PT and a collaborative team of 4 other PTs and 5 OTs in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate has a Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a passion for neuro rehab, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within a servant-leader culture.

Qualifications

• Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passion for the neuro population and patient-centered care.
• Seeking to grow as a PT with a lifelong learner mindset.
• Excellent communication across all levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute 1:1 therapy sessions with patients.
• Outpatient neuro caseload including stroke and traumatic brain injury (TBI).
• Mentored training by a Senior PT with extensive neurological experience.
• Collaborate with a team of PTs and OTs to deliver high-quality care.

Full-time permanent Outpatient Neuro position seeing both Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury patients (TBI). In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never see multiple patients at a time. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Neurological experience in both Outpatient and Inpatient Rehab. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care.
