Job summary

Confluent Health in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a driven Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will ensure excellent patient treatment and outcomes while guiding and overseeing our PTA staff in a fast-paced, family‑like practice.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license in good standing or ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required.

In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. About

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/year + daily productivity incentives, $5K sign on bonus, $25K in student loan reimbursement, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
