Progressive Physical Therapy in Tarzana, CA is seeking a driven Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will supervise PTA's, drive excellent patient outcomes, and thrive in a family-like culture backed by a new AI documentation tool that boosts efficiency.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required

In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PTA's. We are thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PT's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1300/month. About

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000/year + daily productivity incentives, $5K sign on bonus, $25K in student loan reimbursement, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
