Select Physical Therapy in Durham, NC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as an Outpatient Clinic Director. You will lead the center, oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team, and deliver high-quality patient care to help people return to athletics, work, and life.

This full-time role offers compensation between $80,000 and $95,000 per year, a $10,000 bonus, and student loan repayment assistance of $350 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities.

Overview

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well‑being of our patients.

Responsibilities
