Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Clarksville, TN, seeks a Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient center as Director. The role oversees the orthopedic therapy team, delivering preventative and rehab services to restore function and return patients to athletics, work, and life.

The position offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with compensation up to $100,000 based on experience and a $20,000 bonus plus student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Two years of experience as a licensed physical therapist.
• Valid state PT license required to start.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide exceptional patient care as outpatient center director.
• Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and services.
• Provide preventative and rehab services to maximize function.
• Grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with community organizations and payors to improve outcomes.
• Support professional growth through the Outpatient Clinical Advancement Program.
