Kins is seeking a skilled physical therapist licensed in New York to join a hybrid model offering in-home and virtual sessions. You control your schedule, treat one patient at a time for an hour, and focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating progress, creating plans of care, documenting in our EMR, and maintaining strong communication with patients and providers. 1099 independent contractor arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Current Licensed Physical Therapist in New York State.
• Completed NYS CEU requirements.
• BLS certification.
• Commit to a minimum of 4 visits per week.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first.

Pay

• $75-$83/hour

• uncapped referral bonus program of $750 for every physical therapist you refer after they complete 30 visits with Kins

• Completed state regulated CEU requirement in NYS

• BLS certification
