Job Details

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500 (for qualified candidates)

Position Overview

This is a split position for Acute Care and Outpatient. Coverage will be between Acute Care and multiple Outpatient clinics for High Point Medical Center.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Meet department productivity and financial standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and process management.
• Supervise students and provide in-service training.
• Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and physicians.
• Adhere to age/developmental care guidelines and hospital standards.
