Our client is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join a tight-knit, collaborative outpatient rehab team in Winchester, Virginia, right off Route 81 in the scenic Shenandoah Valley.
This is a rare opportunity to grow with a supportive and experienced team in a modern outpatient clinic where your voice matters and your development is a priority. Whether you're a new grad or a PT with a few years of experience under your belt, you'll be surrounded by teammates who share knowledge openly, support each other, and genuinely care about patient outcomes.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: 100% outpatient
Patient Load: ~12 patients/day (never more than 15)
Team: 1 PT (your future teammate), 2 PTAs, 2 OTs
Practice Manager: A DPT who actively sees patients and fosters a collaborative work culture
Facility: 6 years old, modern, clean, and right next to referring orthopedic surgeons
Salary:
$85,000 - $110,000
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (split 30-60 days after start + 1-year mark; negotiable for strong candidates)
CEU Support: $4,000/year with flexibility
Licensure & Continuing Education: Fully covered
Insurance: Employer pays for most employee coverage
Relocation Support: Travel assistance available for visits/interviews
No On-Call: Unlike large systems, your schedule stays your own
Smaller, Supportive Team: We offer hands-on training, mentorship, and a culture of learning
Access to Surgeons: Two primary orthopedic surgeons are next door for real-time collaboration
Growing Community: Winchester is one of the fastest-growing areas in Virginia, just over an hour from DC, with a much lower cost of living
Stability: The practice has been around since 2005, and this location has thrived for nearly 6 years
A licensed Physical Therapist (or able to obtain a VA license)
