Job description

Our client is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join a tight-knit, collaborative outpatient rehab team in Winchester, Virginia, right off Route 81 in the scenic Shenandoah Valley.

This is a rare opportunity to grow with a supportive and experienced team in a modern outpatient clinic where your voice matters and your development is a priority. Whether you're a new grad or a PT with a few years of experience under your belt, you'll be surrounded by teammates who share knowledge openly, support each other, and genuinely care about patient outcomes.

About the Role:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Setting: 100% outpatient

• Patient Load: ~12 patients/day (never more than 15)

• Team: 1 PT (your future teammate), 2 PTAs, 2 OTs

• Practice Manager: A DPT who actively sees patients and fosters a collaborative work culture

• Facility: 6 years old, modern, clean, and right next to referring orthopedic surgeons

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary:

  • $85,000 - $110,000

• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (split 30-60 days after start + 1-year mark; negotiable for strong candidates)

• CEU Support: $4,000/year with flexibility

• Licensure & Continuing Education: Fully covered

• Insurance: Employer pays for most employee coverage

• Relocation Support: Travel assistance available for visits/interviews
