Novant Health Thomasville Outpatient is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role focuses on implementing and coordinating one-on-one treatment plans for orthopedic patients, in a friendly outpatient setting.

New grads with ortho exposure are encouraged to apply; mentorship from experienced therapists supports professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Orthopedic PT experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply with ortho exposure.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate individualized PT treatment plans in a one-on-one patient care model.
• Treat primarily orthopedic patients at the outpatient clinic.
• Mentorship from experienced therapists provided for new grads.

What We Offer

Novant Health Thomasville Outpatient is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join their growing team! A physical therapist in this role implements and coordinates treatment plans that meet the needs of each client in a one-on-one patient care model. This clinic sees a range of patients but treats mostly orthopedic patients. While experience is preferred, new graduates with ortho experience are encouraged to apply!

• new clinic (opened July 2025) with state-of-the-art equipment

Schedule: Mon-Th 7:15am-5:00pm, Fri 8:00am-12:00pm

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited PT program.
