Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting at the NH Rehabilitation Center - SouthPark in Charlotte, NC. You will join an interdisciplinary team to deliver hands-on rehab that improves mobility and quality of life for patients.

Qualified candidates hold a 4-year degree in PT and an active state PT license. PRN schedule with 8am-5pm hours; start as part-time/PRN in a leading outpatient rehab setting within a respected healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or 4-year degree in physical therapy is required.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient rehab.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery strategies.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist in our Outpatient department, you’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide hands-on, personalized rehab that helps patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of diagnoses and acuity levels
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and recovery strategy

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state PT license, required.
